A deposit of £100 which is refundable subject to agreement conditions

Rental is 7 days minimum

General

Storage on site is a 24hr/7day a week service

Booking/Cancellation: minimum one weeks notice of a definite date, longer notice is appreciated.  7 days will be charged if one weeks notice has not been received.

Reservations will be cancelled from 10am the following day if booking unused . Containers are sprayed against condensation for furniture/document storage(not 6ft)

Access

24hrs access for outside containers. The access number for the entry gate will be changed at random.

Insurance

The containers are insured but customer is responsible for contents insurance.

We can advise if you are unable to get insurance.

Padlocks

Choices:    Top of the range security padlock is supplied (£60 is charged if lost)                                

                           and/or

                    Provide your own

Security fencing

Camera surveillance

Proof of  Identity must be provided before signing an agreement form. A current passport or driving licence with photo is acceptable plus one bill in customers name dated within the last 3 months.

Failure to pay the monthly storage charge will result in the customer being denied access to their unit and the contents will subsequently be sold by public auction to recover any losses incurred by Okehampton Self Storage
